Hi mate!
The Latvian Federation is actively supporting the Project on their main homepage.
This press release is entitled 'Small countries with big football football hearts' ... and the idea is that Latvia (and Estonia and Lithuania) put themselves on the world football map by giving big support to the Shirt project.
