Who do you think needs most help?

Everyday life is probably not completely back, but I'm working on it. At the moment I'm polishing my own lecture series and activities for The Shirt, but it hangs a map on my wall and it pulls a bit in the legs ...
The Shirt created attention to 2 billion people and it should be done again. Perhaps not alone, and possibly with more manpower in the field.
In 2009/Â 2010 it is the Refugee Council and UNHCR (United Nations) that gets the focus. There may be a long-lasting relationship, but I sit and wonder. Who/what needs most help?
If you cycle to the Euro in 2012 and makes attention for someone and possibly collect dollars.
