If you have space, a mall, center, a chain,  or if you are  cool mayor wants activity in the village, then we have started to pump the plans for 2010, plan controlled madness of 2011 and playing with 12 and 13.  Would you like Sir Elton John, Blatter, Platini, Messi, Gerrard, Iron Maiden, the Liverpool FC, FC Barcelona, Manchester United, Bafana Bafana on a visit? (It was an incredibly long sentence ..)
