Want to join a training trip?
Important to keep arteries open and your legs in motion.
One thing I do is to track trips. Do it with my mobile phone. SportsTracker is the name on my tracker and it's free. Checks times when that is important and telling pals of good or bad paths. Here is a short one, but with lovely Holmsbu the end. Takes 1.10 hours if you hold an average of 17 km / h. Then you roll out to the Spa Hotel and take you on a cold glas until you are hitching back go to Sætre again by own wheels. Everything below is from the last 48 hours.
And you can take a couple of quick pictures on a few stops to remember or tell. I met this new pal a the Green Sand Farm.
Â
You or I want win one single photo show whit those photos, but you remind your self taht It's pretty okay to get the ass out of the sofa. Tracees  I share with some buddies who find it a bit nice to discus routes, up- and down hills, obstacles and beautiful terrain or a kayakktur with great passing areas ..
Â

This stallion, you can talk to the on the Sand Pollen. Fun place to take a breather and do some horse whispering.
Sharing is pretty funny .... and at the end of hard hiking it helps to think that the day ends with fishing for mackerel with ladies in skirts who have barbecue on the rocks .. ;-)
