How to ride like the devil in roundabouts!?

Hanne Hattrem (link) is Norwegian and a keen car driver and pissed on cyclists AND have shouted a great deal at them in  roundabouts. But Hattrem is cool and seeks statutory support and the law on who has the right and wrongs. She writes:

“Even a retired chief of the traffic police in Oslo and a seasoned expert on traffic rules must study regulations to determine who has the law and rights in the roundabouts - the cyclist or me.

When I’m driving, On my right sidether is a well attended bike field. It ends before the roundabout. I blink right, look left, keep looking in the mirror and blind spots to the right, to look for another cycling high-risk taker.
And correct. He comes like a fire ball from behind the right side of the car, wedges itself between me and the edge of the stones, and will go forward as I clearly indicated that I will go right in the roundabout!!!!

In the minds of most cyclists thrones a helmet, indicating that they are concerned about security. Yet they risk the rest of the body by setting themself on the outside of the interaction in traffic - the flexible attitude we all need for metropolitan traffic will not end in bloodshed.
So far my field of knowledge has been able to ascertain, there is no difference in the nature of the rider on the bike costs 20,000 and cyclist wearing a jacket in fluorescent yellow, or if there is a old City bike - they are all willing to put their own health (and my car door and frontwing) in danger.
But as it turns out that I may have been wrong about roundabout and the rules I thought was obvious.
The experts concludes with the following:

Law Quote;    “How you describe the situation I perceive that the drivers and the cyclist comes into the roundabout simultaneously, with the cyclist on the inside of the motorists. Cyclist is then run past the drivers mirabilis s instruction on the right side on the way to and through the roundabout. We allow a cyclist to overtake on the right side and he/she has the rights…
This follows from traffic  law 7, paragraph 3: Driving to fluctuate, the yield for pedestrians or cyclists where to run into.
It is incumbent therefore motorists a greater responsibility than the racers.
