Do NOT travel like this in to Russia

To se the youtube click here

I assume (of course) that I have created a fashion, and a new trend and an epidemic. Cycling travelers to South Africa will be the next summer's hit ... ;-)

One of the questions that comes a lot is how the start was, after Sweden, Finland and into Russia. I have a small clip on that. I'm working and converting a sea of gigabytes whit video and here is 2 minutes, which says something about the trucks and narrow roads to St Petersburg. Do not do it, but if you do it ...  You will flex your stomach every time there is a trailer passing. That's one every minute and it is a completely new training concept! (Truck Drive By Siz pack)

I'm Kevin Keegan

(0 votes)

Cycled past the local football playing kids today and got a super happy flashback. They appeared when one of the kids shouted " I’m  Ronaldo"

It is not long since I shouted "I’m Kevin Keegan, that is taken" There are few years ago and there were the days where we talked about how few hours it was before they called from Anfield Road. Rune said that Old Trafford called. Terje waited for Highbury and the Gunner's, while Snorri had his West Ham from Upton Park. Everyone had faith, and all had football cards with chewing gum in the package.

A few years ago and to be exactly; 1975. That’s the one year's Hammer’s was a bit good.

Sir Hall makes media for @refugees in UK

(1 vote)

As you may know, Steve Hall started with a bicycle to visit 92 clubs in the UK (@doingthe92 on Twitter)

100% to support The Shirt project, but Mr Hall have not had it easy on the trip. Like when all the assets of Steve burned up (one a warehouse fire in Spain) and that he had a near-death experience (woke up in hospital after a big bang whit his bike) The hard working Man Utd support have not given up and is making it happen - and I hope you can follow the 52 years old mate  way to the finishing line.

Steve blogs here

Bjorn Heidenstrom, grateful for such excellent assistance and the mother org is here
