Love British football? Steve got the map!

(1 vote)

First; I have a map that you can get. It starts in Oslo and ends in South Africa. No one has asked to borrow it! Shocking ...

Then; Steve Hall have possibly a better map for you. The Brit Hall is near the end of its extension to support The Shirt project. He bikes the 92 biggest clubs in the UK and he has a lot to report.

Get in on his UK support page www.theshirt2010.co.uk - ask about where the best roads or the nicest clubs in Britain are. He drinks only coffee and herbthea so you think perhaps he can't give some pub-Tips, but that he can that too.

Then you give him a pat on the shoulder!

Over the last exposure from Steve, who visited Oxford. Link here

Steve is on Twitter @ doingthe92 he is doing it for @refugees

Hunting mushrooms!

(0 votes)

It is important with oxygen, activity and diversity when working with serious things like TV shows to support 43 million refugees on the run ...

So I was on a trip now with two Men who believed that hunting mushrooms is the world's most wonderful activity (except for reindeer hunting and World Cup in football).

All these gentlemen said, seemed completely wrong:

1. We will go over some islands and there are a lot of mosquitoes and ticks (the small animal poison ..)
2. There will be three hours walking and the others mates are on the pier and eat shrimp with cold beer while we are in the woods (yes!)
3. We must chose and pick the right – otherwise it is kidney failure and liver inoperative (okay ...!)

I like such stuff that is outside the box and the highway and decided to join. Either way, it would be a cool boat ride, a good workout, and a final seawater swim..

I can start with the end: it was as they say in 7'th grade; master cooool! - And here comes the pictures to prove a royal activity.

Track it!

Take a tour and share it afterwards ..

Have sharpened up the training and the IT widget / software that I NOT used to much on the trip to and in Africa are now more and more in my pocket.

It went too much batteries on the road, but now I'm home with lots of great power in the walls and here is the link a free site with free software. It gives you a lot of cool feedback and you get mine, perhaps I can get your trips. It also adds images directly on the path you make (where you took the picture) and it is of course when you do it with your phone.

The ride above is a gerat one. Type of semi-to very long trip and lots of good nature and the sea along the route. You set the pace and it is many pitt stop opportunities along the road. This is for your next or first trip to Norway but IF you scroll back in my stored material and you will find the my  tours in Crete (of all things). It was there I had a training camp before Norway - South Africa.

Yes!: You must get out, plot, log, play and measure while you are considering to join and support www.nrc.no

Bjorn Heidenstrom, and you'll find Sportstracker here

* Sports Tracker is from a fool and sober found in Nokia, but I know that the other brands have similar

The life after football

(0 votes)

Did not see it until it was gone a year, but it was a bit empty then.

It was not the game I suddenly missed, but the tone, jargon, the messages and camaraderie in the locker room. It was a bit like in the poem "Where have all the guys'

It was therefore great joy when I got the request for talks on old paths. I have both previously pushed my industrial areas up to the clouds when it comes to men with big "M" and now the best of them called.

They worship what is important and they have done it for a long time. They worship cohesion and get it right. They have gathered all the boys.

I put it out to find a soul in a club that perhaps can be inspired. Think you can get a good time and there is little energy in the enclosed text.

They have created the space and operates it well. The ladies make their sewing & wine clubs. This is a bit about it Heroya FC old-guys are doing and you can do the same.

(it’s straight from Google translation…..;-))

Cycle Norway - South Africa in one hour?

(0 votes)

Working with a concept!

It is a, "Images-and-video-meets-music-and-spinning-concept" or we can call it a "spinning concept"

You and I and a group will ride from Norway to South Africa in an hour.
I spin in front of the  spinning class with relatively cool caps (..;-)) and a microphone on my chin, but you are looking on the wall over my head. There are pictures and videos from the trip and of course we have mixed this with super best music to speed up your legs (mine and yours).

my map

We start in Oslo. We are ready and get started with warm ups on the relatively flat landscape through Sweden and Finland before taking east to St Petersburg. Slightly higher  foot frequensy towards St Peter's due to passages of about one billion trailers and the fear of the stories about robberies along the road. Background music should be "Highway to Hell" by AC / DC (or?)

on the way to St Peter's

Shall take all the countries but wait until we run agians tractors in Denmark (later with cargo boats on the canals of Belgium and Holland)

So we follow the zig-zag route and take some small, but tough stages over the hills in Sheffield before going hard  in Wales, calms down in Ireland, some pace in Scotland, keeps us warm on the ferry to Holland and prepare us for some tough mountains in Luxembourg and Switzerland.

Le Swiss

Delicious stages along the coast of Spain and get ready for the worst, namely from Rome over the mountains and up to 1100 feet before rolling down the east coast and will race hard along the coast down to Bari .. Then there is Africa. Altogether 35 countries.

Could be nice?

I think I need some help with those who know music and dramaturgy in the spining room...

I think they idea is good and have faith in the T-shirt: "I cycle Norway - South Africa at a time"

Tips? Ideas? Musick?

Innovation and battle around Charity

(0 votes)

The image is not from Norway ...

I took it in the camp in Malawi, they would soon be playing against each other. Everyone said they were going to win.

As you know, - The only thing better than winning is the combination of a) say loudly and often before a match you'll beat  your opponent, and b) mention a win after the game every hour from breakfast to supper  (If you have breakfast and supper)

Now the Valerenga FC  glove has been thrown at Lerkendal and RBK FC.

It's abuild up to the Show/Charity/TV Special. They do not go out too high but the want to show that they are best at the best voluntary. Best on helping They also want to  prove they are good at sweating and long rounds.

We are hoping for more initiative before the biggest TV Show in Norway to help www.nrc.no

The text is just runed on google translation but you'll get the point:

This year's challenge!

Football in DR Congo in the house

(0 votes)

It builds up and it works. Norway's largest volunteer event is running and pal Ken Opprann was on a coffee yesterday. Sandefjord polished man with a face from "Con Air" or a Hell's Angels film has the world as a photo studio and helps the event with photography. One of the 35 shot that appeared on the FIFA World Cup is hereby given to the TV campign.

Subject: guys who play ball in Congo

Price, something ala a new Harley Davidson

Motive, in the middle of the street after the lava eruption.

Good man, Ken Opprann

Sneak peek? ; Www.kenoprann.no

You and your company, by the image and find something you can give to www.nrc.no before 24 October.
